I have done diploma in special education, a specialization in Intellectual Disability. I am a certified educator by the Rehabilitation Council of India, Registration No.B05393; I have been working in the field of special education for more than two decades. I have been dealing with children with learning disabilities/difficulties and developmental disorders like Autism, Sensory Processing Disorder etc. for last two decades.
Currently, I am the Founder and Principal at Dakshinya Special School, Goregaon [1st Special School in India, won International School Award,ISA-16-19], and working as a consultant with many other organizations in Maharashtra.
I have conducted training programs for State boards and CBSE teachers under Pravara Project, Ahmednagar, and Datta Meghe group of schools, Nagpur to train teachers in ‘Understanding Learning Disability and remedial education’. I have been a part of two days workshop as a faculty on the ‘Writing Disorder [Dysgraphia] Assessment’, CRE accredited state conference organized by Devbrat Gram Vikas Shiksha Samiti Siddhi in 2018.
